At PastryHub.Lk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. As all our products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted after delivery. However, we handle issues with care and fairness.
1. Refund Eligibility
- The product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- The order was not delivered due to our error.
- A payment was charged twice due to a technical issue.
2. Conditions
- Contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order ID and clear photos showing the issue.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 working days after review.
3. No Refunds For
- Change of mind after order preparation has started.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Partial consumption of the product.
