Welcome to PastryHub.Lk. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.
1. Products & Orders
All our products are freshly prepared. Images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only; actual items may slightly vary in appearance or decoration due to our handmade process. Orders must be placed with accurate details (delivery address, contact number, etc.) to ensure timely delivery.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be made via available online methods or cash on delivery (where applicable). PastryHub.Lk reserves the right to update prices and offers without prior notice.
3. Delivery
We provide islandwide delivery in Sri Lanka. Delivery times may vary based on location and order volume. We will make every effort to deliver your order on the requested date and time.
4. Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the preparation has not yet begun. Once the baking or customization process starts, cancellations will not be accepted.
5. Liability
PastryHub.Lk will not be liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (such as traffic, weather, or courier delays).
